When I first ordered my Matte Black Sink I received a white sink in error. I immediately contacted Customer Service. They quickly replied and were quite helpful. They assured me my correct order would be shipped and on it's way that very same day. I had my order my sink the very next day even before I could make my return of the wrong sink back to them. To say the least I am very highly impressed with their Customer Service Department.
As for the Matte Black sink I ordered it is very elegant looking and of high quality. I love the design of the sealess corners and the depth which means I do not have to think about having a backsplash installed. The design of the sink will be easy to keep it clean also. It's a perfect fit on my bathroom countertop without taking up much room. Not only is the sink to be both functional and stylish it will be a wonderful focal point in the bathroom. I can't wait to have it installed :D

I can't tell you enough how much I absolutely love this white Bathroom Vessel Sink! It’s lowkey beautiful, simple elegance that was just an instant upgrade to a dark, beat up bathroom that was just supposed to be a basic water closet without much space for a bunch of fancy touches. Its in our basement bathroom, and it completely became the centerpiece of the whole room. The softened rectangular design gives it a modern aesthetic, and the white ceramic looks so fresh and clean. It’s the perfect balance of stylish and functional, nothing too flashy, but it really adds that extra touch of sophistication. I give it five stars because its definitely a great upgrade for any bathroom!
