SOTOMO products are made with quality materials and excellent craftsmanship to provide customers with a long-lasting product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the product has not been installed.
Requirements for Return
- The time elapsed since the product's receipt date cannot exceed 30 days.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return Shipping
- If you receive a product with quality issues, SOTOMO LLC will fully cover the return shipping costs.
- Return for reasons other than product quality issues. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damage During Shipping
- In the event of damages during shipping, please retain photos or videos of the shipment and provide them to us. We will either send you a replacement product or offer a full refund.
- WARNING: Content may contain sharp and other potentially harmful pieces, posing a hazard to children and adults. SOTOMO is not responsible in any way for personal damage.
