Installation is very easy, and the after-sales service is excellent.
We absolutely love our Sotomo smart toilet. From the heated seat, to the auto flush, from the auto clean, to the ambient night light, everything about this toilet was carefully designed. I also love that you can customize your remote to adjust the seat and water temperature, adjust the auto open and close function, and even alter the position of the bidet. Plus it has the ability to perform an emergency flush whenever the power goes out- a must for any smart /tankless toilet.
Lastly, the customer service agents are super helpful and immediately responsive. They went over and above to help remedy a small issue, when our toilet first arrived. Plus I love that they are local here in Seattle! If you are on the fence, don't hesitate. You are going to love this baby too.
