This is the first smart toilet I’ve purchased and it is fantastic! It was easy to install and worked perfectly on day one. It has now been six months and it continues to work great. Time to replace the other toilets in the house.
This toilet has all the features you could ever want. The night light makes it easy to use at night without having to turn on the light in the bathroom. The bidet actually cleans my butt well, which means I don't need to use nearly as much toilet paper. This, in turn, means no clogs. Excellent!

Final Update: the issue with our small toilet, could not be resolved. Seller went above and beyond to work with us. We have been issued a full refund.
Update 1 : We shared with the customer service team, pictures of connecting cables. The issue could not be resolved. They have been proactive in following up and have agreed to issue a refund so we look at alternatives to complete our project.

We bought a DA80 Smart Toilet based on the excellent reviews,, and paid extra for Blackout Flush Feature (backup flush using a battery)
This smart toilet has been installed and has been working well however we see 2 problem.
1. Toilet smells even when you flush without using it. We checked all usual suspects (our 15 year old non smart toilet was doing a better job)
2. It seems to be missing parts to install the battery and have not been able to install the battery system. The battery connector is 2 pins and there are no 2 pin connection port/adapter available to plug in.
Our plumber had to take out the installed toilet to show the problem and for us to take pictures to send to Customer Service.
Emails to customer service have just been a waste of time. There is no phone support. For the email outreach, we received the canned response with installation video call system email so remove calls emails to, which doesn’t really help with anything.
Our bathroom remodel is incomplete because we’ve not been able to finish this step. It’s been over a month and very disappointing to go through this experience of spending more $ for the back up flush feature, time spent on follow ups with customer service with no help and ultimately the bathroom remodel is incomplete.
Will update this thread if this review gets us any positive response from the customer care.
The toilet comes with all available features and a fair price. Customer service is very helpful and responds within a day. I needed help using the remote and resetting the Bidet, customer service provided detailed instructions and videos.
